Types:
- common Warts – Usually seen on hands and fingers
- Plantar Warts – Occur on soles; may be painful while walking
- Flat Warts – Small, smooth, often on face or neck
- Filiform Warts – Thread-like growths, commonly around lips or eyes

- Herpes Zoster (Shingles) – Painful, band-like blisters along nerves caused by varicella zoster virus

In Ayurveda, scabies is correlated with Kacchu, a type of Kshudra Kushta (minor skin disorder). It is primarily caused by vitiation of Kapha and Pitta doshas, along with involvement of Rakta (blood) and Twak (skin). Poor hygiene, close contact, and contaminated clothing are considered contributing factors.
